By using the site or the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NoteKrypt is positioned as an end-to-end encrypted workspace for notes, tasks, reminders, passwords, passkeys, attachments, sharing, and related browser or autofill flows.
Features, availability, platform support, and plan limits can change as the product evolves. Some routes on this site describe public releases, while others may describe launch-stage or pre-release distribution paths.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, vault password, backup materials, and any devices or browsers connected to your NoteKrypt workflows.
Because encrypted recovery depends on your password and backup posture, losing those materials can make older encrypted content inaccessible. Keep backups secure and do not share them casually.
The current product catalog uses Lite, Pro, and Elite tiers with different storage, file-size, sharing, and collaboration limits. Billing periods shown on the site reflect the current in-app catalog and may change as payment routes or tax handling evolve.
If billing is handled by a third-party provider or app store, that provider may manage renewals, cancellations, invoices, or payment-method changes under its own policies.
You may not use NoteKrypt to break the law, distribute malware, abuse collaboration or sharing features, interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or violate the privacy or rights of other people.
You also may not use launch-stage downloads, browser packages, or private access routes in ways that bypass intended release controls or create unreasonable risk for the service.
Not every route or distribution channel described on the site is guaranteed to be live at all times. Downloads, browser packages, store lanes, or companion routes may be added, revised, paused, or removed.
Some features may behave like beta or launch-stage functionality even when they are documented publicly. Use appropriate care before relying on them for critical workflows.
The site, branding, code, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the NoteKrypt service or brand to you.
You keep your rights in the content you create, subject to the permissions you intentionally grant through sharing or collaboration features.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, legal exposure, payment failure, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Termination or account closure may affect access to sync, billing, collaboration, or download routes, but it does not guarantee that encrypted recovery remains possible if you have already lost required backup materials.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility, or that every workflow will be fit for every purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, the NoteKrypt team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including loss tied to failed backups, unavailable release routes, or mismanaged credentials.
We may update these terms as the product, plans, legal posture, or release channels change. The current version will always be the one posted on notekrypt.app with the latest updated date.
